On Point Accounting Services Inc. is located in Plymouth, MA and was formed in 2022. Our firm provides a wide range of services to individuals and businesses in a variety of industries. We strive to meet each client’s specific needs in planning for the future and achieving their goals in an ever-changing financial and regulatory environment.
We are unique among accounting firms in that we provide businesses with affordable fixed monthly fees, one stop services ranging from bookkeeping and payroll to business consulting, tax planning, and tax preparation. We proactively take care of your business.

“I grew up in a small business family. My dad was a self-employed carpenter and my mom was the bookkeeper. The firm I built was setup with you in mind – to help each small business with their accounting needs just like my family did.”
Susan has earned her Associates degree in business management from Aquinas College in Milton. With over 30 years in accounting experience, Sue has held various positions for large and small companies to include accounting manager, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Sue purchased the firm she worked for over 16 years in 2022. She is currently a QuickBooks ProAdvisor as well as a licensed Enrolled Agent. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. Her favorite pastimes are watching her sons’ sporting events, shopping, and refinishing old furniture to bring it back to life.
Founder/Owner of Peter McMahon PC | Consultant for On Point Accounting Inc.
Peter has been in the accounting industry for over 30 years. He earned his Bachelor of Business degree from Northeastern University and a Master’s degree in Taxation from Bentley College. He worked as a tax accountant in private industry for companies such as Raytheon and Computervision and then in public accounting for Ernst & Young and Wolf & Company before striking out on his own.
Peter enjoys spending time with his wife Lynda, his grown children, grandchildren, extended family and good friends. Other pastimes include basketball, kayaking, camping, travel and hiking. A lifelong resident of Massachusetts, he is passionate about the Patriots, Celtics and Red Sox.

Payroll Professional
Maria has earned her Associates degree in business management from Aquinas College in Milton. Maria was involved in the medical field for a number of years as well as a stay at home mom for her young children.
Maria joined our firm in 2016 as a payroll specialist and has advanced her career to become a payroll professional. Maria has great attention to detail and her organizational skills are impeccable. In her free time Maria likes to spend time with her husband and children having family parties, watching great movies, and decorating her home.

Staff Accountant and Tax Preparer
Madison has her bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in management from Bridgewater State University. Madison was involved in the customer service field for a number of years and has worked for both small and corporate businesses. She joined our team as a staff accountant, tax preparer, and our social media connoisseur. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs. Her favorite ways to pass time are reading, spending time by the water, shopping and going to concerts.

Tom joined our team as a Staff Accountant and Tax Preparer in July of 2024. He has completed two Bachelor’s degrees from The College of the Holy Cross, one in physics and the other in philosophy. In his free time, he enjoys camping and hiking out in the wilderness, reading fiction for entertainment and watching movies with friends.

Denise is an administrative assistant with over 20 years’ experience. She has worked in an attorney’s office, the construction industry and in the medical field. Denise has great passion to be able to assist others. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In her free time Denise enjoys shopping, fishing, walking the beach and traveling.
